Welcome to Big Hippie Games, the publishing imprint of owner and author Leo M. Lalande.
Big Hippie Games is a one man show; it's just me, Leo, behind the curtain. I'm the Big Hippie.
The games I design are primarily roleplaying games; the kind people call indie games, non-traditional games, story games, or hippie games. If you don't know what roleplaying games are, then maybe go check Wikipedia first; then come back afterwards.
Go to the Games page to find out about the games I've written or am currently working on.
If you've visited the site before, you may notice that things look a little different. The headings on the site have been fancied up with a fun, whimsical looking new font. The font is called Fatstack, by Nate Piekos/Blambot Comic Fonts and Lettering.
The residents of Keystone can't decide who's the bigger menace, the crooks, or the cops!
Finally, after a lot of hard work, the first draft of Keystone Crimewave is ready for alpha playtesting. It's a very rough first draft; it concentrates almost exclusively on the game rules proper and contains few to no examples or superfluous explanatory notes.
Nevertheless, the first draft can be read here.
