Lower Carb Sweet & Sour Orange Sauce

Ingredients

1 - 295ml can Orange Juice Concentrate
1 - 156ml can Tomato Paste
150ml Apple Cider Vinegar
150ml Allulose
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum

Preparation

  1. Combine everything but the Xanthan Gum in a microwave safe bowl and mix until smooth.
  2. Add the Xanthan Gum slowly, while mixing, to prevent clumping.
  3. Microwave on high for three minutes (2:00), or until the mixture is heated to simmerring.
  4. Serve with meatballs, chicken nuggets, sauteed chicken or pork, or any other kind of meat or meat-like food item.
